The management and logistics of 550 guests, the production and management of the Hisense Dedicated Area at Berlin Olympic Stadium, the Hisense Global Partner Conference, as well as a welcome Gala Dinner. The services included the management and coordination of events and logistics services with third parties, including transportation, production, AV, entertainment, and management of football legend Lothar Matthäus.

As from the start of the tender process, we’ve worked closely with the Hisense team to coordinate all communication with UEFA for the development and production of the Hisense Dedicated Area at the UEFA Euro 2024 Partners Village for the Final of the tournament. We’ve also developed guest programmes, event concepts and production processes for their different events taking place during the Euro 2024 Final week, as well as an ambassador programme with global football icon Lothar Matthäus to engage guests during the Hisense Global Conference.
